Wild blueberries from Nova Scotia, Brazil nuts and caffeine from guarana, coated in 100% cocoa chocolate. The taste: dark, slightly tart blueberry, with Brazil nut and bitter cocoa underneath.
Dried wild blueberries make up 50% of the filling. Nobody planted them; they grow where they always have. The only sweetness comes from blueberries and dates, with no added sugars. High in fibre, gluten-free, plant-based.
The coating is 100% cocoa mass from the Swiss chocolate maker Felchlin, made with organic cocoa from Suhum in Ghana, plus cocoa butter. No sugar, no sweeteners, no other vegetable fats. Our Temper Protect® process keeps the temperature in check along the whole journey, from the blueberry harvest in Nova Scotia to production in Prague.
In the case
12 boxes of two bars, 24 bars in all. Each box holds one for now and one for later. At two bars a week, a case lasts about three months. No need to refrigerate.

When will my order arrive, and can I change it?
We make gfBar once a month in small batches and dispatch it straight after production. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Orders for the next batch close on 8 November and are dispatched on 16–18 November. In the Czech Republic and Slovakia they usually arrive within two working days; elsewhere in Europe it takes a little longer. We only send parcels Monday to Wednesday, so the chocolate never spends a weekend in a depot. Until orders close you can change or cancel your order free of charge – just email help@gfbar.com and we'll refund you in full. This doesn't affect your statutory rights when buying online. If we have a few cases left over from the previous batch, we'll send them out earlier: Club members first, then in order of purchase, always with the production date.
How often should I have one?
You don't need to eat it every day. It works best now and then, when you genuinely need energy: instead of a second coffee, before training, when there's no time for lunch. A case holds 24 bars – at four a week, that's roughly six weeks.
Why are there two bars in a box?
Because one bar is a serving and the other is a spare. The box fits in a pocket or a bag – eat one mid-morning and the second waits for the afternoon slump. And if you give it to someone else, that's one more person who knows what gfBar is.
